During my time at Amadeus in London I have had the pleasure to work together with Indira Hann.


I worked at Amadeus London from April 2013 to September 2017. As Account Director of IAG (International Airlines Group), I frequently consulted Indira Hann for clarifications and ideas on contractual matters.


Indira was creating a trustful relationship between her colleagues and customers. Always very humble without trying to be the person, who dictates the discussions and content of an agreement. The good thing too about Indira was that she had a good airline business knowledge and was creative giving our business sometimes to reconsider our commercial offerings.


During my time at Amadeus, we concluded many agreements particular with British Airways. Before my retirement we were for example able to conclude a seven-year ITSA (IT Service) Agreement with British Airways. The negotiation time, now thinking afterwards, was very short and productive. One of the reasons to this must have been because the relationship with our customers legal persons were extremely good. The good trustful relationship foundation was built by Indira


As a person Indira is a very lovely one. It was a privilege to work together with her.
